摘要
目的探讨24h动态血压监测(ABP)在指导临床用药、护理以及在诊治高血压中的价值。方法对50例原发性高血压患者进行24h动态血压监测,并与偶测血压比较。结果高血压患者偶测血压均高于动态血压均值(P<0.05),24h动态血压节律均显示出两峰一谷及昼高夜低的变化规律。结论 24 h动态血压监测较偶测血压更能准确地诊断原发性高血压,同时为临床用药,护理提供更为合理的依据。
Objective To know the advantage that 24-hour active blood pressure（ABP） monitor is use on the medicine used clinically,the value of nursing and diagnosing hypertension.Methods To monitor 24-hour active blood pressure of 50 primary hypertensives and to compare with the blood pressure measured occasionally.Results The blood pressure measured occasionally is higher than active blood pressure（P0.05）.The rhythm of 24-hour active blood pressure shows the rule that it has two peaks and one grain,and the change that it is higher in the daytime and lower in the night.Conclusion Primary hypertension monitored through 24-hour active blood pressure can be diagnosed more exactly than through blood pressure measured occasionally.At the same time,24-hour active blood pressure monitor can provide more reasonalbe basis on the medicine used clinically and nursing.
