摘要
目的研究营养治疗(medical nutrition treatment,MNT)对妊娠期糖尿病的治疗作用,以及对妊娠结局的影响。方法 103例妊娠糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)孕妇,分为营养治疗组50例和对照组53例,观察饮食控制患者和未进行饮食控制患者的血糖、血压、分娩方式、新生儿体重等指标。结果治疗组同对照组相比,空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖水平以及巨大儿发生率显著降低;治疗组同对照组在血压、剖宫产率方面差异无统计学意义。结论采用合理的营养治疗可明显促进GDM母儿的良好结局。
Objective To investigate the effect of medical nutrition treatment（MNT） on gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM）,and the influence on the pregnancy outcomes.Methods 103 cases of pregnant women with GDM were divided into two groups.50 cases in group 1 were receivde MNT while the rest in group 2 weren＇t.The blood glucose level,the blood pressure,way of delivery,weight of newborn of two groups were compared.Results The fasting blood glucose,two hours postprandial blood glocose,and the incidence of fetal macrosomia of group 1 were significant lower than group 2.There was no significant differece in blood pressure and the rate of Cesarean section.Conclusion Medical nutrition treatment can promote the outcome of pregnant women with GDM and their newborns.
