摘要
催化装置的吸收稳定系统的液位计引出管在运行中出现开裂现象,通过电镜观察、能谱分析、X射线衍射分析,以及金相检测等手段,对开裂的原因及机理进行了分析,并提出了关于材料本身和工艺的改进措施。
The level gauge nozzle of adsorption tower often appeared crack during operation,crack reason and mechanism were analyzed by SEM,EDX,XRD and metallographical test,the improvement measures were put forward finally.
