摘要
介绍了一台隔离80 kV,响应速度3 ms,最大输出功率90 kW脉冲工作开关电源的设计。为满足电源快速性和输出纹波要求,对主电路的拓扑结构进行了优化。应用高频变压器隔离80kV高压,分析了高频变压器漏感与占空比损失之间的关系,提出了高频变压器的直流等效电路。实验证明该电源能够稳定工作,电源性能都能满足设计要求。
The article presents the design and experimental results of a isolating 80kV high-voltage high-power switching powersupply.This power supply isolates DC80 kV voltage,responses lessthan 3 ms,and has the maximum output power of 90 kW.In order to meet the requirements of rapidresponse and smallripple,the main circuit topology is optimized.High-frequency transformer is used to isolate the DC 80 k Vhigh-voltage.After analyzing the relationship between the transformer leakage inductance and duty cycle loss,the transformer DC equivalentcircuit is given.Ex-periment shows that the power supply works stable with good performance.
