介绍了在同一金属零件(如纽扣)上局部镀红古铜、局部镀浅黑镍的双色电镀方法。其工艺流程主要包括:电镀酸铜底色,上油墨,二次电镀亮镍,退油墨,三次电镀枪色,捞色(即在滚筒中用涮色粉、茶籽粉等磨料磨去表面镀层),上保护膜。指出了操作过程中的注意事项。该新型双色电镀方法将挂镀与滚镀有效结合,做到了滚镀镀种的双色效果。
A method was introduced for two-tone plating on an identical metal part, such as button, to achieve partly red bronze color and partly light black nickel color. The process flow includes： first, acid copper plating to form a background color and coating with printing ink, second, nickel plating and removal of printing ink; third, gun color plating, rubbing out the surface coating using abrasives such as swill powder and tea seed powder in barrel, and coating protective film. Some attentions in operation were pointed out. The two-tone plating method combines rack with barrel plating processes and achieves the same effect as barrel plating does.
