摘要
援外培训不仅承担了国际经济技术交流与合作的重要责任,还肩负着传播中华文化、促进世界和谐发展的光荣使命,对增进中国与广大发展中国家人民之间的了解和友谊、增强受援国自主发展能力等具有重要作用。采用文献法、归纳分析等方法,分析福建省食用菌技术援外培训产业基础、发展过程与现状、存在问题及成效等,为进一步做好福建省食用菌技术援外培训工作,促进福建省食用菌技术援外培训持续发展提些参考意见。
Human Resource Training for developing countries not only takes responsibility for international economic ＆ technology for exchange ＆ cooperation, but it dose also spread abroad China traditional culture, as well as promote glorious mission for harmonious development of the world, it is therefore of special significance to increasing understanding ＆ friendship between China and Developing Countries, strengthen the capacity of development for Developing Countries. The thesis adopts documentary method, induction, analytical method, etc., analyses on the foundational industry of Edible Mushroom, status quo of Edible Mushroom Technology Training for developing countries, as well as its history, some question and social effect, in Fujian Province. make some suggestions, so as to sustainable ＆ healthy development for Edible Mushroom Technology Training for developing countries.
