摘要
在考虑造船生产顺序约束的条件下,通过分析入、出库钢板作业及库场钢板堆垛空间的动态变化特点,建立了考虑最优入库作业计划和最少堆垛数的钢板库布局优化数学模型,并采用遗传算法求解该组合优化问题。数值例分析结果表明:该模型可给出库场作业所需的最少堆垛数以及所对应的最优入库作业计划;同时还表明:在均衡出库计划模式下可减少库场使用的堆垛数。
Considering the production sequence in shipbuilding process,a layout optimization model was established to determine both the optimal input operation scheduling and the minimal steel plate blocks by analysis on the sequential features of the input and output operation scheduling on steel plate yard of shipyard.A genetic algorithm was used to solve this combinatorial optimization problem.A numerical example was illustrated,and the results show that this model can determine the least number of the yard stacks and the optimal input operation scheduling;and the number of stacks can be reduced under the equilibrium production sequence mode.
