摘要
为探讨分散接尘人群在矽肺发生初期体内微量元素的变化,本文选择中国铁道建筑总公司10个工程局中116例0+期接尘工人及431例0期接尘工人,测定其发中Zn、Cu、Fe、Mg、Ca、Se、Mn等7种微量元素含量。分析发现:在总体接尘人群中,由于不同工程局接尘人群间存在某种混杂因子的影响,掩盖了矽肺病变与发中微量元素的关系;在同一工程局接尘人群内比较,0期组与0+期组发中微量元素有统计学差异;利用两组间微量元素差异,用非参数判别法筛选0+期工人,得到满意的筛选结果。表明矽肺在发生初期,利用发中微量元素的变化筛选0+期接尘工人是可行的。
Abstract To investigate the Change of the trace element levels in body of the dispersed population group who had exposed to dust in the meantime from 0 phase to 0 + phase, the contents of trace element Zn, Cu, Fe,Mg,Ca,Se,Mn in hair of 116 0 +phase and 4310 phase workers from ten Railway Building Bureaus of Chinese Railway Constructive Company were determined. The results showed that in the population, the relationship between the degree of silicosis and trace element levels was masked by a confounding factors existing in the different Bureau, but the trace element levels in 0 + phase group were significantly different compared to 0 phase group in the same bureau. Based on th differences the satisfactory result which 0 + phase workers were screened from those exposed to dust by the method of no-parameter adjudgement was obtained. It was concluded that screening 0 + phase workers was feasible in the meanwhile from 0 phase to 0 + phase with the change of trace element contents in hair
