摘要
目的:观察放血配合艾条灸治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将急性痛风性关节炎患者85例随机分为治疗组43例,对照组42例。治疗组给予放血配合艾条灸和小剂量西药治疗,对照组采用西药治疗。两组治疗5天,治疗结束后1周复查。结果:治疗组治愈25例,显效17例,有效1例,无效0例,总有效率为100.0%(95%CI=91.6%～100.0%);对照组治愈18例,显效16例,有效8例,无效0例,总有效率为100.0%(95%CI=91.5%～100.0%);两组综合疗效比较(采用Ridit分析,u=1.7516,P=0.0799),无显著性差异;治疗组可较对照组明显降低疼痛积分、血尿酸(P<0.05)。结论:放血配合艾条灸治疗急性痛风性关节炎效果与秋水仙碱疗效相当,且方法简单,无副作用。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of bloodletting combined with moxa-stick-moxi- bustion on acute gouty arthritis. Method： 85 cases with acute gouty arthritis were divided into two groups random- ly. 43 cases in treatment group were treated with bloodletting and moxa-stick-moxibustion combined with low dose of western medicine, and 42 ones in control group done with western medicine. One treatment course included 5 days, and rechecking was put into practice after 1 week. Result： In treatment group 25 cases were recovered, 17 ones excellent, 1 ones effective and none ineffective. The total effective rate was 100.0% （95% CI =96. 1%- 100. 0% ）. And in control group 18 cases were recovered, 16 ones excellent, 8 ones effective and none ineffec- tive. The total effective rate was 100. 0% （95%CI =91.5%-100. 0% ）. About comprehend curative effect, u = 3.238 3, P =0. 001 7 （by Ridit Analysis）, no difference showed between the two groups. But treatment group did better than control group on cutting down the score of pain and blood uric acid （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Bloodletting combined with moxa-stick-moxibustion and colchicin show therapeutic equivalence on acute gouty arthritis. The former is simple and no side effect occurs.
