摘要
目的探讨广州市健康女性公务员人群骨强度指数(SI)与年龄的关系及骨质疏松症发生率。方法应用超声定量骨强度仪对1803例广州市健康女性公务员行跟骨骨强度参数测量。结果广州市女性公务员SI峰值在21~30岁,随着年龄的增长,骨强度值逐渐下降,骨质疏松发生率逐渐增加,特别在50岁以后,下降幅度明显加快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),70岁以后骨质疏松发生率67%,骨量累积减少率25%。结论骨强度与年龄有很大的相关性,定量超声(QUS)能反映骨质随年龄的变化,是一种较理想的诊断骨质疏松症的方法,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the relationship between bone stiffness index(SI) and age,and the incidence of osteoporosis in healthy female civil servants in Guangzhou.Methods Calcaneal bone stiffness index was measured in 1 803 cases of health female civil servants in Guangzhou with the quantitative ultrasound(QUS)intensity meter.Results The peak of SI appeared between 21 and 30 years old.The SI decreased and incidence of osteoporosis increased gradually with increasing age,especially for those over the age of 50,the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.01).The incidence of osteoporosis was 67% and bone mass accumulation loss rate was 25%.Conclusion There is a strong correlation between SI and age.QUS can reflect the bone mass change with the age.So it is an ideal method to diagnose osteoporosis and worth popularizing.
