摘要
期刊引文量是衡量作者吸收文献情报能力和期刊学术水平的一项重要指标。为了解我国护理人员掌握和利用科技文献的现状，选择我国创刊较早，作者覆盖面为全国并有ＣＮ和ＩＳＳＮ刊号的《中华护理杂志》、《实用护理杂志》、《护士进修杂志》、《护理学杂志》、《山西护理杂志》五种护理期刊（１９９６年），对其所刊登的论著、专科护理、护理管理、护理教育等论文１７６５篇进行引文量、引文率、引文语种、引文类型、引文时间分布及半衰期等的统计，并与《中华内科杂志》、《中国实用内科杂志》、《江苏医药》、《广西医学》及《上海医科大学学报》五种医学期刊进行比较。结果显示：护理期刊在引文率、引文量、引文语种等方面均低于医学期刊，经统计学处理Ｐ值均＜０．０５。提示：护理人员利用文献情报的能力与医师相比差距较大，应进一步提高其吸收文献情报的能力。
Quantity of quotation in a periodical is one of the most important indexes which can be used to measure the author's capability of using literature and information.It also can be used as a measurement of academic standard of the periodical.Toknow the status quo of nursing staff mastering and utilizing scientific and technical li- terature in our country,the author have selected 5 periodicals including Chinese Nur- sing Journal,Practical Nursing Journal, Journal of Nurses Trainning,Journal of Nur- sing Science and Shanxi Nursing Journal.They all have CN and ISSN number.Altogether,1765 pieces of published articles have been studied.The quantity,ratio,language type,time and half-life of the quotation in each article were counted and made comparison with some medical Journals including Chinese Journal of Medicine,Chinese Journal of Practical Medicine,Jiangsu Medical Journal,Guangxi Medical Journal and Shanghai Medical University Journal.Results showed that Nursing periodical are in-[CM(35*2]ferior to medical journals in terms of ratio,quantity and languages of the quotation(by χ 2 test P<0.05).It also indicate that there was a marked difference between nursing and medical staff in respect of ability to use literatures and information.Nursing staff should go a further step to improve their capability on using literatures and information.
