摘要
目的探讨肿瘤病人静脉管理的方法,减少化疗药物渗漏给病人造成的痛苦。方法将按传统静脉输液流程进行化疗的病人1315例作为对照组,应用PDCA循环管理方法进行静脉管理后化疗的病人1177例作为观察组。比较两组静脉炎、药物渗漏的发生率及两组病人对护士的满意率。结果对照组静脉炎396例,药物渗漏15例,其中皮肤溃烂2例;观察组静脉炎59例,药物渗漏7例;对照组、观察组病人对护士的满意率分别为95.7%、99.0%。结论应用PDCA循环管理方法进行肿瘤化疗病人的静脉管理,可减少病人痛苦,提高静脉化疗的安全性。
Objective： Discuss intravenous management approach of cancer patients to reduce the pain leakage of chemotherapy drugs brings patients.Method will be the traditional intravenous chemotherapy infusion process 1315 cases of patients as the control group,application management PDCA cycle of intravenous chemotherapy in the management of patients with 1177 cases as the observation group.Phlebitis were compared,the incidence of drug leakage and the two groups of patients the satisfaction of nurses.Results phlebitis 396 cases control group,15 cases of drug leakage,including skin ulcers 2;observation of 59 cases of phlebitis,drug leakage 7 cases;control group,patients in the observation group satisfaction of nurses were 95.7%,99 %.Conclusion PDCA cycle management of tumor patients with chemotherapy intravenous administration,can reduce patient suffering,improve the safety of intravenous chemotherapy.
