晚期卵巢癌治疗中的争论

摘要 由于缺乏有效的筛查方法，80％的卵巢癌患者得到临床证实时已是晚期。目前学者们普遍认为满意的肿瘤细胞减灭术和紫杉醇-铂类联合化疗是比较肯定的治疗方法。但总体来说，晚期卵巢癌（advanced ovarian carcinoma，AOC）的预后很差，近80％以上患者在5年内复发。本文对目前晚期卵巢癌的主要治疗方案进行回顾，以及对不同观点进行分析。
