摘要
随着中国体育事业的蓬勃发展,中国体育赛事人力资源管理水平必须尽快缩小与发达国家的差距.结合国内外形势,借鉴国际经验,选择本土化无疑是必然的发展路径.在诠释体育赛事人力资源概念的基础上,尝试归纳体育赛事人力资源管理的特点.并在深入分析我国体育赛事人力资源管理现实状况的基础上,指出我国体育赛事人力资源管理本土化的必要性,同时尝试探索我国体育赛事人力资源管理的本土化路径.
With the undertakings high development in sports,China has to narrow the gap in human resources management with the developed countries as soon as possible.Combining domestic and foreign situation,and learning from international experience,the author find that localization is the inevitable path for Chinese human resources management development.With the interpretation of the conception of human resources management,the author tries to sum up the characteristics of human resources management,and take in-depth analysis of situation in Chinese human resources management,pointing out that Chinese human resources management needs to be localized;at the same time,tries to explore the developing path of Chinese human resources management.
