摘要
种植体———血管化髂骨瓣移植修复下颌骨缺损手术的成功与否临床护理起着重要的因素。报道了我科护理组自１９９５年开展整体护理以来，对３６例此类手术患者运用护理程序，进行评估提出潜在的健康问题有：呼吸道梗阻，伤口出血、感染，躯体活动障碍，营养失调等，实施整体护理。由于护理问题评估准确，护理对策实施得当，则大大减少了术后并发症的发生，有效地提高了护理质量，提高了手术的成功率。
Segmental (or total) mandibular defect may occur after trauma infection or tumor resection
surgery.The damaged mandible is functionally and cosmetically unacceptable.In our
department,the vascularized iliac crest were used for the reconstruction of segmental defects of
the mandible and the osseointegrated implants were inserted primarily.The implant_retained
prosthesis can be placed early.The approach can decrease operation times and improve
contour of the mandible.Function of languge,chew and occulusion are reconstructed.Nursing
process has been carried out in our ward since 1995.By suggesting correct nursing
diagnosis,taking proper nursing measures and kinding potential health problems such as
obstruction of the respiratory tract,incision infection,inability to ambulate and malnutrition etc.36
cases of the operation were given holistic nursing care.Obstruction of the respiratory tract is the
foremost factor which leads to the failure of the operation.The result showed that no
complication of obstruction of the respiratory tract was developed among the 36 cases.Thus,the
nursing quality and patient's living quality were ensured.
