摘要
采用整体和离体两种方法,研究了国产重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)对造血系统的影响。结果表明,国产rhG-CSF能减轻γ射线对小鼠外周血白细胞数的抑制,也能升高静注环磷酰胺恒河猴的外周血白细胞数;亦能直接刺激离体小鼠和人的骨髓细胞集落形成。说明国产品的作用性质和强度与进口品相似。
The test was designed to study the effect of rhG CSF on hematopoietic system in vivo and in vitro . It was found that an appropriate rhG CSF treatment for 10 days after a 5.6 Gy radiation exposure of mice and a 50 mg/kg(iv) cyclophosphomide adminstration of monkeys to enhance hematopoietic reconstitution, leading to an earlier recovery. Treated mice and monkeys demonstrated effective granulocyte levels in the peripheral blood. Also, rhG CSF stimulated the formation of granulocytic colonies in mice and human semiso lid cultures in a dose related manner. The domestic rhG CSF is comparable to the imported Neupogen.
