双极等离子体电切治疗膀胱癌234例临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨经尿道双极等离子体膀胱癌切除术的适应证及其疗效。方法采用经尿道双极等离子体膀胱癌切除术治疗浅表性膀胱癌234例。结果随访234例,随访时间3个月-5年,肿瘤复发31例,其中原位复发3例,异位复发28例,复发肿瘤升级5例。结论经尿道双极等离子体膀胱癌切除术治疗浅表性膀胱癌,具有操作简单、损伤小、出血少、恢复快等优点,值得临床推广应用。
