摘要
伴随经济起伏与全球化触角在世界各个角落的渗透,20世纪末期教育革新已然成为各国战略发展的重要内容。由于考试对课程与教学的影响十分显著,因此课程决策者常常将考试视为推动课程改革的重要手段。研究尝试从评价的视角切入,分析在中国大陆新高中课改脉络下高等教育入学考试对教师发展产生的真实影响。
With the worldwide rapid economic development and globalization in the last twenty years,educational innovation has become an essential strategy to produce a highly qualified workforce to cope with the challenges of rapid social,economic and technological change.Under such a context,public examinations are not only seen as an effective means to identify graduates with such qualities,but also a vehicle for an intended curriculum reform to attain the 20th Century educational goals.Those who are in support of this view believe that evaluation can "produce positive power on learning" and is the most cost-effective way to engineer curriculum innovation(Crooks,1988).This research aims to use the evaluation perspective to analyze the impact of teacher professional development on the teachers who are going to teach the curriculum of the College Entrance Examination in China mainland.
