摘要
国内外已将氮气作为煤矿防灭火的主要手段.不同的制氮装置其结构与使用条件不同.氮气防灭火是一个复杂的系统工程,要根据矿井的条件,选取不同的制氮装置、注氮方式及技术参数.煤矿注氮防灭火还将有大的发展,为此,要研制采空区氮气浓度与制氮装置的自动监控系统,优化注氮工艺,以得到最佳的防灭火效果.
Nitrogen has been taken at home and abroad as a major medium for the fire protection in coal mines. Different nitrogen generators have different structures and application conditions. The nitrogen fire protection is a complicated system engineering and selection of the nitrogen generator, the nitrogen injection mode and the technical paramenters should be determined in accordance with mine conditions. As coal mine fire protection by way of nitrogen injection would have a great development in the future, it is necessary for us to develop an automatic monitoring and control system for nitrogen concentrations in the gob area and nitrogen generators, and to optimize the nitrogen technology with the purpose of achieving the maximum fire protection result.
