摘要
包装机械正朝着连续化、高速化、自动化方向发展。使用卷筒式包装材料越来越多,预先在卷状包装材料上印好商标图案。袋成型自动包装机采用已印刷图案并且带有定位标记的卷筒包装材料作为包装薄膜,连续供送、随机补偿、定位切断装置的基本组成以及同其它执行机构的相互联系图。包装工艺过程：卷筒包装薄膜通过牵引辊和牵引输送辊被连续供送到衣领成型器,使之转换为与进料相称的袋状形式,纵封将其纵边密封,内装物件由进料管道进入袋中,由横封机构和转动导杆机构驱动的袋端切断滚刀口对准料筒上的色标加以热封、切断,最后逐个排至机外。
