摘要
酒店的工作环境多种多样,工作方法也不尽相同,对于酒店管理的学生来说,教学最有效的方法就是以实战为目的,采用多媒体立体化教材模拟实景教学,达到多看多练的教学目的。该文分析了多媒体教学的特点,阐述了将多媒体教学融入前厅教学的可行性,并结合自己的教学实践,抛砖引玉,探讨酒店前厅多媒体教学的基本模式和步骤。
As working environment of hotel is quite different,ways to deal with these situation are variable.The most effective way of FO management teaching is to have multimedia classes with simulation situation and with the help of three-dimensional study material so the students could practice more.This paper analyzes the characteristics of multimedia teaching and the feasibility of using multimedia teaching on hotel management teaching.Combined with the writer＇s own teaching practice,the readers could start a discussion on the basic methods of front office teaching.
