摘要
目的:针对重度烧伤患者在烧伤治疗过程中出现的不同心理问题进行分析,为消除各种不良的心理反应做好心理护理。方法:注意观察患者在烧伤治疗过程中不同时期的不同心理反应,积极采取相应的心理护理对策。结果:通过对患者的细致耐心的工作,使其消除了不良的心理反应,能积极配合治疗,对未来充满了信心。结论:经临床实践证实,对重度烧伤患者进行相应的心理护理,对治疗和康复具有十分重要的意义。
Objective： To eliminate all adverse psychological reactions so as to take care of the patients very well psychologically, the various psychological problems were analyzed in the treatment of severe burn patients. Method： The patient＇s different psychological reactions in the different periods of burn treatment were observed carefully, then the appropriate psychological care measures targeted at the problems were taken actively. Results： By hard working of above mentioned physiological cares, the patients eliminated the adverse psychological reactions and were able to actively cooperate with the treatment with full confidence for the future. Conclusion： The clinical practice confirms that it has great significance of treatment and rehabilitation to take corresponding psychological care for the severe burns patients.
