摘要
目的:本文应用B超探测增生性瘢痕的厚度和增生性瘢痕与周围组织的粘连关系,拟探讨一种客观的、无创的疗效评价方法,了解多种方法联合治疗增生性瘢痕的疗效。方法:选用符合标准的140例患者作为观察组,并选取20例单纯应用压力疗法和30例压力疗法结合干扰素肌肉注射治疗的患者做为对照组。结果:本组140例患者中显效120例、有效20例、无效为0例,总有效率100%。单纯应用压力疗法以及应用压力+干扰素疗法的患者,显效和有效时间比美宝疤痕平+压力+干扰素疗法晚3个月。结论:B超测定显示全程应用美宝疤痕平后,瘢痕的厚度及与周围组织的粘连关系有明显的改善,并且感到舒适,关节功能活动度明显得到改善。
Objective： To establish an objective and non - invasive method to estimate treating hypertrophic scar and to understand the effect of combining multi - therapies in treating hypertrophic scar, B - type Ultrasound instrument was used for measurement of the sear thickness and for finding adhesion relationship of hypertrophic sears and its surrounding tissue. Method ： 140 eases of hyperplastic sear matched the inclusion criteria were involved in treatment group. 20 cases treated with simple pressure therapy and 30 eases treated with pressure plus interferon therapy were all collected as control group. Results： Of 140 patients in treatment group, 120 eases were markedly effective, 20 eases were effective and no one was ineffective. The total effective rate was 100%. The period of time to obtain the results of markedly effective and effective in the control group was 3 months later than that in treatment group which treated with MEBO Scar Lotion ＋ pres- sure therapy ＋ interferon therapy. Conclusion： The results of Ultrasonic t showed that there was marked improvement observed in scar thickness and adhesions relations of scar with surrounding tissue. The patients satisfied with their comfort feeling and their significantly improved joint activity.
