摘要
目的:总结3年来对痔切除术后创面应用MEBO换药治疗的体会。方法:对97例痔切除术后患者应用MEBO创面换药方法治疗。结果:97例患者全部治愈,肛门功能恢复良好,治疗效果明显优于传统治疗方法。结论:MEBO具有止痛、止血、消炎、防止渗出和促进创面愈合等作用,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To summarize the experience of MEBO as a dressing in treating post - operation wound of hemorrhoidectomy in last 3 years. Method： 97 cases of patients were treated with MEBO as a dressing change. Results： The effect of MEBO as a dressing is significant superior to that of routine method. Conclusion： It can obtain good effect to treat Post - operation wound of hemorrhoidectomy with MEBO.
