摘要
目的：分析131I治疗分化型甲状腺癌骨转移的治疗效果。方法：对16例分化型甲状腺癌骨转移患者131I治疗。结果：12例骨转移伴有疼痛，131I治疗止痛有效率为91．67菇，9例接受单纯131I治疗，无1例骨病灶完全消除，而手术加131I治疗的7例中，4例骨病灶完全消除者均为单发骨转移灶。姑愉：131I治疗分化型甲状腺癌骨转移能缓解疼痛，部分消除转移灶，降低复发。
Objective Analysis of thyroid cancer therapeutic effect of the treatment of 131I differentiated bone metastasis.Methods 16 cases of differentiated thyroid cancer patients with bone metastases 131I treatment. Results 12 cases of bone metastasis with pain, 131I efficient treatment of pain for the 91.670%, 9 patients received the treatment of simple 131I, no one cases of bone lesions completely eliminated, while the 131I surgery treatment in seven cases, four cases of bone lesions are completely eliminated as a single bone metastasis. Conclusion 131I treatment of differentiated thyroid cancerbone metastases can ease the pain, part of the elimination of metastasis, reduce relapse.
