摘要
目的研究海南地区汉族人群、黎族人群凝血因子XIIIA链567位点(GAA→GAG)分布频率。方法用聚合酶链反应、限制性片段长度多态性分析检测205名汉族正常人、236名黎族正常人凝血因子XIIIA链567位点多态性。结果汉族人群和黎族人群均未发现567位点GAA→GAG突变。结论凝血因子XIIIA链567位点变异在中国海南人群中很少见。
Objective To investigate 567 polymorphism （GAA→GAG） in factor XIIIA subunit gene in the general populations of Han nationality and Li nationality in Hainan, China. Method The 567 polymorphism was detected by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism （PCR-RFLP） in the unrelated samples of 205 individuals of Han nationality and 236 individuals of Li nationality. Result No 567 polymorphism was found in the general populations of Hart and Li nationalities. Conclusion 567 variation is rare and not polymorphic in Hainan population.
