含砂盐水对钻头钴基胎体材料冲蚀腐蚀磨损的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 在海洋石油钻井中,经常采用海水钻井液作为循环冲洗介质,但海水钻井液具有较强的腐蚀性。为了研究海水钻井液对钻头钴基胎体材料的冲蚀腐蚀磨损作用,利用自制的冲蚀腐蚀磨损试验装置,采用含砂盐水,综合摩擦学和电化学腐蚀理论对钻头钴基胎体材料的冲蚀腐蚀磨损进行了研究。结果表明,钴基胎体材料总的损失量在一定温度条件下随着水中盐度从0.5%到3.5%增加而增大,或者在一定盐度条件下随着温度从25℃至50℃增高而增加。在高盐度下,当含砂量从550 mg/L降到150mg/L时,可测得总的质量损失量99%是由于电化学腐蚀及其相关腐蚀引起的。通过数据分析,还发现温度增高时,腐蚀速率增大,当温度以及固体颗粒含量同时增加时,腐蚀速率急剧增大。 Sea water drilling fluid is often used in offshore drilling,but it has stronger corrosion to drilling tools.The research on erosion and corrosion of Co-base matrix materials of drilling bits by combining tribology with electro-chemistry methods has been conducted by using the self-made test device for erosion-corrosion and salt water with sand.The tested and calculated results show that the total weight loss is substantially increased by raising the water salinity from 0.5% to 3.5% at constant temperature or by increasing the temperature from 25℃ to 50℃ at constant salinity.With high salinity and a reduction of solid particles from 500 mg/L to 150 mg/L,it is possible to detect 99%of the total weight loss due to electrochemical corrosion and corrosion-related mechanisms through comparison with the total losses of samples.Meanwhile,the increased temperature raises the reaction rate,and the simultaneous increase of temperature and solid particles content causes the corrosion rate to rise dramatically.
