大鼠牙移动过程中牙周膜中Runx2的表达 被引量:12

摘要 目的通过观察大鼠正畸牙移动过程中牙周膜内转录因子Runx2(runt-related transcription factor-2)的表达,探讨Runx2在正畸成骨和正畸牙移动过程中的机制。方法选用幼年SD大鼠,建立正畸牙移动模型,分别在加力后8h、24h、3d、7d、14d、21d处死动物,制备标本。进行免疫组织化学分析。结果对照组大鼠牙周组织中Runx2低表达,实验组牙周膜中张力侧Runx2表达增加,差异有统计学意义。结论正畸力作用下Runx2参于牙周组织的改建,是正畸成骨的调控途径之一。 Objective To investigate the changes of Runx2 in rats' periodontal ligament exposed to mechanical stress,and the role of Runx2 during orthodontic tooth movement.Methods 6~8-week-old SD rats were used as experimental animals.A continuous mechanical stress was applied on left maxillary first molar.The animals were sacrificed 8 hours,24 hours,3days,7days,14days and 21days later respectively.The expressions of Runx2 were performed by immunohistochemistry.Control animals were not subjected to mechanical stress.Results In the experimental group,strong expressions of Runx2 were found in periodontal fibroblasts of the tension side after mechanical stress.In the control group,although expressions of Runx2 were detected at all the experiment times,the expressions were weak.Conclusion Runx2 played an important role in alveolar bone remodeling during orthodontic tooth movement.
