摘要
目的探讨原发于腮腺内的面神经鞘瘤的临床特点、诊断及治疗方法。方法 3例术前均被误诊,均行手术治疗。其中2例来源于面神经的末梢分支,1例源于面神经的主干,术后病理及免疫组化明确诊断为神经鞘瘤。结果 3例随访,均无复发,1例术后出现面神经麻痹症状加重,2例治愈。结论神经鞘瘤诊断须依靠病理学分析,影像学检查亦有辅助诊断的价值。应手术完整摘除,努力保存面神经的功能。
Objective To investigate clinical features and treatment of facial neurilemmoma in parotid region.Methods 3 cases were misdiagnosed for parotid tumors preoperatively.Surgical treatment was adopted,among which 2 cases came from the main branches and 1 from the trunk of the facial nerve.All the cases were diagnosed as neurilemmoma.Results No nerves injury or facial paralysis occurred in 2 cases and nerve injury with facial paralysis occurred in 1 case.By follow-up,there was no recurrence in the three cases.Conclusion Facial neurilemmoma is a rare benign tumor which should be diagnosed by pathology.Imaging performance will promote the diagnosis level of this kind of tumor.The tumor should be completely surgically resected and surgeons should try to preserve facial nerve function.
