脑源性神经营养因子对小鼠视网膜Müller细胞谷氨酸转运体表达的调控 被引量:1

摘要 谷氨酸是视网膜主要的兴奋性神经递质,然而在病理性浓度升高时,对视网膜神经节细胞(RGC)具有兴奋毒性作用.L-谷氨酸/L-天门冬氨酸转运体(GLAST)是表达在视网膜Müller细胞上最主要的谷氨酸转运体,在维持谷氨酸平衡和保护RGC免受谷氨酸兴奋毒性作用中发挥着重要作用.
