摘要
本文根据工程实践和理论试验研究分析的成果，分析总结了带转换层高层建筑结构这一复杂的、不利抗震的高层建筑结构的正确设计概念、方法、构造做法，给出了转换梁适宜剪压比计算控制、转换桁架节点抗剪强度计算及转换结构配筋构造等新内容，供实际工程应用参考。
In order to satisfy the needs in the practice of tall building structrues with transfer stories and based upon engineering experiences, theoretical analyses and test researches, this paper summarizes the design concepts, methods and details of this kind of complicated structure, presents the suitable ratio of shear capacity of transfer beam, the formulae for calculating shear strength of joints of transfer truss, and the details of reinforcement construction in transfer beams, etc. All these propsals can be used in engineering design as references.
