摘要
目的观察早期干预对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)新生儿低血糖的影响。方法将64例GDM新生儿随机分为观察组和对照组各32例。对照组在新生儿出生后1h开始喂10%葡萄糖溶液,15~30ml/次,1次/2h;观察组根据新生儿出生后30min、2h、6h、12h及24h血糖值调整喂养的葡萄糖溶液浓度和频次,15~30ml/次。两组在喂葡萄糖溶液的同时进行常规母乳喂养及人工喂养。结果两组新生儿出生后2h、6h、12h、24h血糖值比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);两组新生儿出生后6h低血糖发生率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);观察组血糖恢复至正常的时间显著短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论早期动态监测GDM新生儿血糖并根据结果喂食不同浓度葡萄糖溶液,可有效改善GDM新生儿低血糖状况。
Objective Of early intervention on gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) the impact of neonatal hypoglycemia. Conclusion Early Monitoring GDM and neonatal blood glucose concentration based on the results fed glucose solution, can effectively improve the situation of neonatal hypoglycemia GDM.
