摘要
目的建立阑尾消炎片中蒲公英、金银花、赤芍三种主药的薄层鉴别方法。方法通过改变层析条件吸附剂、展开剂、显色剂,反复实验,筛选出适宜的层析条件。结果各主药成分分离好,有效成分斑点清晰,阴性样品无干扰。结论三种主药的薄层鉴别可用于该药品质量控制的定性鉴别方法 。
Objective A TLC was established for the identification of Hebra taraxaci, Flos lonicerae japonicae, Radix paeoniae rubra in Lanweixiaoyan Tablets. Methods To select best chromatographic condition by making changes in sorbent, developing agent, color reagent. Results Identification on the three main herbs in this tablets was good, ingredients were found well-separately, clearly-spotted active principle and noninterference negative sample. Conclusion The identification could be used for the quality control for the drug.
