摘要
目的探讨输尿管镜碎石术后早期输尿管梗阻的原因及处理方法。方法对近2年来3例输尿管镜术后患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 3例输尿管镜碎石术后输尿管梗阻的患者通过调整双J管位置以及有效抗炎止血治疗均成功处理梗阻。结论输尿管镜碎石术后早期输尿管梗阻原因多是出血,输尿管水肿以及双J管位置不良所致。通过正确的处理是可预防和避免的。
Objective To study the causes and management of early ureteral obstruction after ureteroscopic lithotripsy（URSL）. Methods The clinical datas of three cases underwent URSL in our hospital for the past two years were reviewed. Results All the 3 cases were completely cured by adjusting the position of the double-J and effective anti-inflammatoyr hemostasia. Conclusion The causes of early ureteral obstruction after ureteroscopic lithotripsy are hemorrhage, edema of ureteral mucosa and poor placement of the double-J, and these could be prevent and avoid by proper management.
