摘要
目的观察曲普利啶加雷尼替丁和克拉霉素联合治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法将门诊确诊为慢性荨麻疹的患者随机分为2组:治疗组76例(口服曲普利啶、雷尼替丁和克拉霉素)和对照组76例(口服曲普利啶)。疗程为四周,停药一周后随诊观察疗效。结果治疗组的治愈率为64.5%,总有效率为94.7%;对照组的治愈率为30.3%,总有效率为84.2%;两组的治愈率和有效率比较有显著性差异。结论口服曲普利啶联合雷尼替丁、克拉霉素治疗慢性荨麻疹效果好,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To study the curative effect of Triprolidine Hcl associate with Ranitidine and clarithromycin to cure chronic nettle rash. Methods Patients with chronic urticaria were divided into two groups. The treatment group received Triprolidine Hcl associate with Ranitidine and clarithromycin for four weeks. In the control group,only Triprolidine Hcl was administrated for four weeks. Results The curative rate of treatment group was 64.5% and the total effective rate was 94. 7% ; control group, the curative rate was 30. 3% and the total effective rate was 84.2% ; the curative rate and efficiency of the two groups had significantly different. Conclusion Triprolidine Hcl associate with Ranitidine, clarithromycin in the treatment of chronic urticaria show good clinical efficacy, worthing of clinical use.
