静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死护理体会 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者静脉溶栓治疗的护理方法。方法对56例发病在6 h内的急性心肌梗死患者,将尿激酶(UK)150万U加入100 ml生理盐水中,使用输液泵在30min内静脉泵入。结果本组冠状动脉再通42例,再通率75.0%;未通14例,未通率25.0%。结论对急性心肌梗死患者及时溶栓治疗并在溶栓中、溶栓后进行有效的护理和严密观察,可提高溶栓治疗的成功率,促进患者康复,减少并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量。
