板材多点成形时摩擦边界条件的处理方法

摘要 提出了具有强烈弯曲效应的大应变、大位移与边界条件三重非线性空间曲壳的有限元列式和多点成形时库仑摩擦边界条件的处理方法。 A finite element procedure for shell is given, which can solve nonlinear problems with large strain, large displacement and complex boundary conditions. It is the first time that authors introduce the Coulomb friction law into multi point forming process and develop a method of dealing Coulomb friction boundary condition. According to the classic J 2 flow theory, two multi point forming processes i.e. multi point mode forming and multi point press forming are simulated. The results from multi point mode forming and multi point press forming are different obviously because of their different contact conditions. Meanwhile, the computed result is the same as that from the experiment. This means that the curved shell elements used in this finite element procedure conduced to a high accuracy solution.
