摘要
目的:探讨不同肝病患者外周血铜蓝蛋白(CP)测定的意义,为肝病患者的诊断及鉴别诊断提供重要数据。方法:采用免疫散射比浊法测定收集到的各病例血清,运用SPSS12软件进行统计分析,结果以各组均数±标准误表示。结果:正常人组血清铜蓝蛋白(CP)水平为(0.25±0.05)g/L;急性肝炎组病人血清铜蓝蛋白(CP)水平为最高(1.53±0.32)g/L,与其它组相比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);肝豆状核变性(WD)病人组血清铜蓝蛋白(CP)水平最低为(0.09±0.02)g/L,与其它组相比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);肝硬化组CP水平为(0.16±0.03)g/L,与正常人组相比较偏低(P<0.01);肝癌组病人血清铜蓝蛋白(CP)水平为(0.95±0.19)g/L,与正常人组相比较偏高(P<0.01)。结论:肝癌组血清铜蓝蛋白含量明显升高,而肝硬化组血清CP含量不升反而降低,可作为两者之间的诊断及鉴别诊断;肝豆状核变性(WD)病人组CP水平最低,可作为与其它肝病的诊断及鉴别诊断;急性肝炎组血清CP水平升高最为显著,这可能与炎症的发生,导致CP水平升高有关。故检测血清中CP水平对各种肝病的诊断及鉴别诊断以及治疗有着积极的意义。
Objective：To discuss the significance of the determination of the Ceruloplasmin（CP） level in serum from different patients with liver disease,provide important data to diagnosis and differential diagnosis for the patients with liver disease.Methods：Using the Immune nepbelometry, INA to determine the collected serum in all cases, statistical analysis in SPSS 12,the results of each group mean± standard error indicated.Results：The normal group＇s levels of serum ceruloplasmin（CP） is （0.25±0.05）g/L;Group of patients with acute hepatitis,serum ceruloplasmin（CP） level is the highest （1.53±0.32）g/L,compared with other groups, there was a significant difference（P 〈0.01）;The group of Westphal-Strumpell disease（WD） which patient＇s xerum ceruloplasmin（CP） the lowest level is （0.09±0.02）g/L, compared with other group given prominence（P〈0.01）;Group of patients with hepatocirrhosis.serum ceruloplasmin（CP） level is（0.16±0.03）g/L,eompared with the normal group is lower（P〈0.01 ）;Group of patient with liver cancer, serum ceruloplasmin level is（0.95±0.19）g/L,compared with normal group is on the high side（P〈0.01）.Conelusion：The level of serum ceruloplasmin in liver cancer group were significantly elevated,but the group of hepatocirrhosis didn＇t rise,contrarily reduced.this can be diagnosis and differential diagnosis betweet those two dissease;The group of the Westphal-Strumpell disease（WD） which CP level is lowest,this can be diagnosis and differential diagnosis to the other liver disease;Group of patients with acute hepatitis,serum ceruloplasmin（CP） level compared with other groups.there was a significant difference,This may be related to the occurrence of inflammation,leading to elevated levels of CP.Therefore, serum CP level of various liver diseases diagnosis and differential diagnosis and treatment has a positive meaning.
