航空发动机喘振故障机理及监控方法研究 被引量:17

摘要 航空发动机喘振故障是影响发动机性能的主要因素,并对民用客机的安全构成巨大威胁。在对航空发动机喘振机理进行分析的基础上,从适航性的角度对航空发动机喘振故障进行监测,同时运用可靠性分析方法——故障树分析法(FTA)对该故障进行计算机辅助建树、定性分析及定量分析,最后采取了相应的控制措施使喘振部件快速退出喘振状态。通过对航空发动机喘振故障的监控,大大提高了喘振故障的分析效率,同时发动机的可靠性也得到一定提升,对解决喘振故障提供了参考和借鉴。 Aero-engine surge is the key factor that affects the engine performance,and greatly threats to the safety in flight.Firstly,surge principle is analyzed.From airworthiness,surge is inspected and fault tree analysis(FTA) is adopted to automatically construct fault tree、make qualitative or quantitative analysis in surge,at last,appropriate measures are taken to make system out of surge quickly.Therefore,through inspecting the surge,fault analysis efficiency and engine reliability are greatly improved,and it will be beneficial for people to deal with the fault.
