摘要
目的观察聚焦超声联合壳聚糖治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变疗效及副反应。方法治疗对象为经病理检查证实为外阴上皮内非瘤样病变的患者,共144例。按照门诊挂号分为对照组和研究组,各组72例,对照组采用超声治疗仪治疗;研究组超声治疗仪治疗后,局部加用壳聚糖。观察并比较两组疗效及副反应。结果研究组治愈率显著高于对照组,P<0.01。研究组副反应和复发率显著低于对照组,P<0.01。结论聚焦超声联合壳聚糖治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变具有治愈率高、低副反应和低复发率的优点,值得推广应用。
Aim To observe the efficacy and side effect of focal ultrasound combined with ehitosan in treatment of non- neoplasticepithelial vulval disorders. Methods There 144 patients with well diagnosed non-neoplasticepithelial vulval disorders were divided into control group and study group according to out-patient registration. Each group consisted of 72 patients. Patients in control group received focal ultrasound and those in study group received local treatment of chitosan after treatment with focal ultrasound. The therapeutic effect was observed. Results The cure rate of study group was obviously higher than that of control group （P〈0.01）,while postoperative side effect and recurrence rate of study group were significantly lower than those of control group. Conclusion It was a good cure rate and less side effect and less recurrence rate for the focal ultrasound combined with chitosan in the treatment of non-neoplasticepithelial vulval disorders
