本文论述了沙门氏菌及葡萄球菌食物中毒的概况及流行病学特点,临床表现和预后,诊断依据,治疗原则,控制与预防措施等。
This article elaborated the salmonella bacillus and the staphylococcus food poisoning survey and the epidemiology characteristic,clinical manifestation and prognosis,diagnosis basis,principle of reatment,control and preventive measure and so on.
