阐述了资源整合的研究价值,针对山西煤炭资源整合在推进过程中出现的问题,提出相应对策。
This paper expounds the research value of resources integration,and according to the problems appearing in the course of coal resources integration in Shanxi Province,puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
