摘要
科技期刊编辑素质的高低是决定期刊质量好坏的一个重要依据。本文提出科技期刊编辑应具备的七种素质，并对其进行了深入的剖析。
The quality of sci-tech periodicals' editors being high or low is an important basis for the quality of periodicals.This paper lists seven kinds of quality which should be possessed by editors of sci-tech periodicals and which are analysed profoundly.
