摘要
改革开放30多年来,中国共产党和中国政府高度重视反腐败斗争和党风廉政建设,反腐倡廉工作不断取得阶段性成果。纵观这一时期中国反腐倡廉建设的探索实践,大体可以分为1978～1988年以党纪和政纪处分为主的权力反腐、1989～2002年以法治和制度建设为主的法制反腐、2003年以来以惩治和预防并举为主的体系反腐三个阶段。这30多年来的反腐倡廉建设,也大致经历了以权力反腐——法制反腐——体系反腐为主要特点的发展进程。
In the more than thirty years since the institution of reform and opening up,the CPC has attached great importance to a healthy Party style of work and clean government,so remarkable results were achieved in combating corruption and building a clean government in different periods.The explorations and practice of China's efforts to combat corruption and build a clean government may be divided into three periods;the 1978～1988 period featuring combating power corruption through Party and government discipline;the 1989～2002 period featuring combating legal corruption through development of rule of law and institutions;and the period starting from 2003 featuring combating system corruption through simultaneous punishment and prevention.The efforts of enhancing the Party's capacity to fight corruption and build a clean government over these more than thirty years have also experienced three periods with similar features.
