摘要
鉴于阻垢剂生产废水的可生化性差、成分复杂、总磷浓度和含盐量高,且总磷主要由无机多聚磷酸盐和有机膦酸盐组成,较难处理,尝试采用厌氧水解酸化/CaO化学除磷/好氧生物氧化/絮凝剂深度除磷组合工艺处理该废水。试验结果表明:采用该组合工艺能使出水COD、TP和NH3-N分别达到174.8、0.48和0.48 mg/L,达到《天津市污水综合排放标准》(DB 12/356—2008)的三级排放标准。
Due to poor biodegradability, complex components, high amount of total phosphorus and salt, and inorganic polyphosphate and organic phosphonate being the main components of total phosphorus, the wastewater from scale inhibitor production is difficult to be treated. Therefore, a combined process of anaerobic hydrolysis acidification, chemical phosphorus removal by CaO, aerobic biological oxidation and advanced phosphorus removal by flocculant was used to treat the wastewater. The results show that COD, TP and NH3 -N concentrations in the effluent are 174.8 mg/L, 0.48 mg/L and 0.48 mg/L respectively, attaining the third level criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (DB 12/356 - 2008).
