超声内镜指导下上消化道隆起性病变的内镜治疗

摘要 上消化道隆起行病变常规内镜检查难以明确病变的起源及性质,超声内镜（endoscopic ultrasonography,EUS）已成为消化道隆起性病变尤其是黏膜下肿瘤（submucosal tumors,SMT）诊断和鉴别诊断的重要手段.为探讨经EUS指导下对上消化道隆起性病变的临床应用价值,我们采用微探头超声内镜（minprobesonography,MPS）检查了187例上消化道隆起性病变患者,并对其中的51例行内镜下黏膜切除术（endoscopic mucosal resection,EMR）,现报道如下.
