摘要
本文从习惯形成角度分析了近年来中国城镇居民的平均消费倾向持续下降的原因。在理论分析的基础上,利用1978年以来的中国城镇住户调查数据估计了习惯形成参数,然后分析了习惯形成对平均消费倾向的影响,最后对习惯形成的原因做出了定量解释。本文的创新之处主要体现在:假定习惯形成参数是时变参数,估计了1980年以来中国城镇居民习惯形成参数的变化路径,并且估计了社会平均生活水准和预期支出对习惯形成参数的影响。
From a habit formation aspect, this paper analyzes the reasons for a constantly decreasing APC among Chinese urban residents. Based on theoretical analysis, the author first estimates a habit formation coefficient, then analyzes the influence of habit formation on APC, and finally gives a quantitative explanation to habit formation. Contribution of this paper includes： （1）A time - varying habit formation parameter for Chinese urban residents is supposed and estimated during a period since 1980. （2）The influence of economic growth and expected expenditures to the habit formation parameter is estimated.
