摘要
目的探讨甲型H1N1流感轻症患者采取正确居家隔离措施对家庭继发感染的影响。方法对52例确诊为甲型H1N1流感感染的轻症患者居家隔离7d的结果进行问卷调查分析。结果 86.54%的患者经指导并能严格按照隔离措施进行隔离,未发生家庭感染;13.46%的患者未经指导,并且未严格执行隔离措施,继发家庭感染2例。结论提高公民自觉隔离意识,加强共公健康管理体制建设,进行系统的隔离管理和指导是减少甲型H1N1流感感染率的关键。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the protecting effects of indoor isolation in families with patients suffered from mild type A influenza H1N1 symptoms. METHODS Totally 52 patients were surveyed after 7 days of indoor isolation. RESULTS Most of them （86. 54%） strictly followed the isolation instructions and had no family members infected. Some patients （13.46%） were not instructed and did not isolated properly, then had 2 family members infected. CONCLUSIONS Proper indoor isolation is an effective messure to avoid in-family infection. It is necessary and beneficial for society and individual to take procedures ensuring patients infected by type A influenza H1N1 to isolate properly.
