摘要
目的探讨老年阑尾炎患者围手术期护理方法。方法回顾27例老年阑尾炎患者围手术期护理资料,总结护理方法和经验。结果 27例手术患者均康复出院,无一例发生感染和切口的延迟愈合。结论完整的围手术期护理在老年阑尾炎手术康复中发挥关键作用。
Objective To explore the nursing methods of perioperative period ,on elderly appendicitis patients. Methods The filing nursing data and administration of 27 cases with appendicitis were analyzed retrospectively.summarize the nursing methods and experience. Results All the 27 cases were released after recovering from the disease,without delay and Io hoht incisions heal infection. Conclusion Integrity of nursing play an important role in the operation of appendicitis with rupture in the rehabilitation of elderly appendicitis patients.
