摘要
目的：探讨对手术患者实施术前访视的临床效果。方法：随机选择2008年1月~2009年12月外科、妇产科择期手术患者200例开展术前护理访视：规范访视工作流程、实施有效沟通交流、提供相关术前指导、规范术前访视记录单。结果：通过随机问卷调查，发放200份，收回180份，94．4％（170／180）的患者术前在心理上获得满足和安全感；88．9％（160／180）患者解徐不安和疑虑，95．6％（172／180）增加手术的安全感和对护士的信任感。未再发生由于术前进食、饮水而使手术暂停的病例，护士术中物品准备齐全，记录完整规范，无护理纠纷。结论：通过术前护理访视，体现了人文关怀护理观念，提高了患者对手术的认知和配合，对避免或减少医患纠纷也起着重要作用，深化了手术室的整体护理。
Objective：Discusses before the surgery patient implements the clinical effect which the technique makes a house-call. Result： Through the stochastic questionnaire survey, provides 200, takes hack 180, before 94.4% （170/180） patient technique, obtains in the psychology satisfies with the security senses 88. 9%（160/180） patient relieves restless and the anxiety, 95. 6% （172/180） increases surgery＇s security sense and to nurse＇s trust. Has not occurred again, because before the technique, eats food, the potable water to cause the case which the surgery suspends, nurse in the technique the goods preparation is complete, record complete standard, non--nursing dispute. Conclusion：Nurses making a house--call before the technique, has manifested the humanities concern nursing idea, enhanced the patient to surgery＇s cognition and the coordination, to avoids or the reduced medicine trouble dispute is also playing the influential role, deepened operating room whole nursing.
